Letter of the President of CEPLIS to the Presidents of the EU Commission and Council

On the 2^nd April 2020, the President of CEPLIS, Mr. Gaetano Stella, wrote to the President of the European Commission, Mrs. Ursula von der Leyen, and the President of the European Council, Mr. Charles Michel in order to raise awareness that a feeling of disappointment with our European institutions is now growing even amongst our ranks, especially after the last summit of our Heads of State and government.
