Meetings of two Focus Groups, in the context of the ongoing EU funded project relating to Social Dialogue in the field of the Liberal Professions.

In the context of the ongoing EU funded project relating to Social Dialogue in the field of this Liberal Professions, led by our member Confprofessioni, two Focus Group meetings were held in CEPLIS’ premises in Brussels the 8th and 9th of this month.

The first meeting brought together representatives of Belgian professional organisations whilst the second gathered around the table several European stakeholders. The meetings in question were an opportunity to debate on the impact of digitalization on the competences and employment of Professionals. Participants have also discussed social protection schemes, with emphasis on the role of and the services provided by bilateral bodies.

The effectiveness of the social dialogue mechanism has also been addressed in both meetings.
