SD4EU: Task 4.1 – Gender Equality in Social Dialogue

As part of the SD4EU – Social Dialogue for a Union of Equality project, an EU-funded initiative, which CEPLIS, along with partners MFPA, UNPLIB, and Confprofessioni, Task D4.1 works to turn gender equality into practical guidance for social partners’ policies. Led by Malta Federation of Professional Associations (MFPA) with all project partners, the areas of focus for this specific task aims to look at:
• social protection
• work-life balance & telework
• gender pay gap (including minimum wage)

The outcome of this task has led to the publishing of practical guidelines to reduce gender gaps and strengthen social dialogue across Europe. Thanks to the work of MFPA and partners within SD4EU, the project is building towards strengthening and advancing the position of gender equality in the workplace, and creating the foundations for further expansion and improvement.
