Skills and Competences for Mobility in a Competitive Europe

We are happy to inform you that the European project “Skills and Competences for Mobility in a Competitive Europe” in which CEPLIS, EUROCADRES, AIDP and EAPM have jointly participated is currently available on our website in pdf format on the link “EU Projects”. As you remember, the aim of this project was to reinforce the mobility of workers within the European Union.

The project notably examined the possibilities for:

• a common framework of references to describe qualifications which could help Member States, employers and individual professionals to compare qualifications across Europe.
• a European grid for the recognition of professional qualifications
• a Monitoring on-the-job training and competence cards
• a Code of conduct for fair mobility
